This past Sunday evening, Boston-based funk band Lettuce delivered a high-energy performance at NJPAC’s Horizon Sounds of the City series in Newark, New Jersey. The night kicked off with local talents Segdrick Marsh and Gail Campbell, who captivated the crowd with a blend of Stevie Wonder covers and original songs. Riding the momentum of their latest single, “Better Than Money,” Lettuce played a fiery set that left the audience buzzing. The band now heads west to Colorado, where they’ll team up with Wu-Tang Clan’s GZA for a special July 4th show in Denver.
