The 2013 High Sierra Music Festival features a line-up including Primus, moe., Thievery Corporation, North Mississippi Allstars, Steel Pulse, Leftover Salmon, White Denim, Rubblebucket, Allen Stone, The Barr Brothers, and many more. The annual event will hit Plumas County Fairgrounds in Quincy, California this July 4th-7th.
