This past Thursday night saw Elise LeGrow at The Heath at The McKittrick Hotel in New York City. Performing her debut album, Playing Chess, Elise interpreted classic songs by Bo Diddley, Chuck Berry, and Etta James, with a smoky tone under the setting of a hazy train station. Hailey Knox opened the evening with a lovely set, including her own unique cover of Ozzy Osbourne’s, “Crazy Train”.
