Everlast stopped by the Bowery Ballroom for a rare acoustic set on June 14th. Erik “Everlast” Schrody took the stage with just an acoustic guitar, his keyboard player and his signature raspy voice. The crowd was treated to new acoustic material, acoustic arrangements of some of Everlast’s older solo material, a sweet cover of Johnny Cash’s “Folsom Prison Blues” as well as the classic House of Pain song “Jump Around”. For now, it looks like House of Pain is in Everlast’s rearview mirror. Everlast is out in support of his latest album entitled The Life Acoustic. Joe Russo reporting from the Bowery…
